How Long?  Results When?  How do I take it?  Medicines?

These are excellent questions -- asked very often.   Here is a very full answer.

First, as a quick answer, you will get the most dramatic results in the first three months.  After that you may not notice any changes.  Many people who have dramatic results within the first three months continue indefinitely, others have either discontinued taking Life Glow Plus, or reduced the dosage.   With I/V chelation your most dramatic results are usually within a few days.

Many of those who have discontinued, or reduced dosage, have noticed within a few months that they don't feel as good as they used to, and return to take a full dosage of 20 capsules per day of Life Glow Plus, the oral chelation formula.  Most I/V chelation doctors encourage you to come back regularly for "booster treatments."

Here is a much longer answer.

First if you have NOT been taking any vitamins at all, for some years, you will get a quick result based JUST on the very high potency of this vitamin formula.  These are probably the same results you would get if you took ANY high quality, very high potency vitamin formula -- not just Vibrant Life's oral chelation formula.  So, if you haven't been taking ANY vitamins, or only a very small amount, like One-A-Day, then you should expect immediate benefit.  That benefit would probably be mostly a feeling of increased energy.

If you want the benefit of "just" a high quality, high potency formula, then JUST on that basis Life Glow Plus would be a great idea to take on an indefinite basis.  After all, the daily dosage includes 3,000 milligrams of Vitamin C, and 50 other ingredients properly balanced to give maximum benefit from the combination.  Also, careful cost analysis shows that, despite its apparent high cost at $50 per bottle, it is cheaper than buying all these ingredients separately.   Regular I/V chelation treatments would not provide this particular benefit.

So, if you are just looking for a very high potency multiple vitamin, Life Glow Plus is a good buy and will give you good results when taken on an indefinite basis.  If you've not been taking any, or much, in the way of vitamins previously, you'll probably have immediate improvement in energy and how "well" you feel.

If you have been taking massive doses of vitamins previously, even though not as high as the dosages in Life Glow Plus, you probably won't experience THIS particular result.   In other words, if you are already taking 3,000 mg of Vitamin C per day, and dozens of other vitamins in comparable quantities, whether in one formula, or in several, then Life Glow Plus will not be any different from all of those, as far as this increased energy and "well-being" are concerned.

However!

If you have a problem with blood circulation, then there are ingredients within the oral chelation formula (mostly the amino acids Cysteine, N Acetyl Cysteine and EDTA) which will give you amazing results, some of them very quickly.  No matter how massive the dose of "regular" vitamins (like Vitamin C, etc.) you won't get these results without the Cysteine.

So, there are certain symptoms of poor blood circulation.  If you have these symptoms you may well have poor blood circulation.   If you have any of these symptoms you would probably notice results from taking the oral chelation formula in the times shown below for each of the symptoms.

These symptoms are "objective."  That is, they do not depend on how you "feel," physically or emotionally.  It's tough to measure a vitamin result by trying to answer the question:  "How do you feel?"

One person can say he or she "feels great" and they are in terrible shape.  The next person can have great health and still say "I feel sick."

So, look for objective tests of change when you take vitamins.  Fortunately, there are some very powerful tests for the effectiveness of the oral chelation formula.

The first symptom to consider is:  "cold hands or feet" or "hands or feet which get numb easily."

In almost every married couple over 55 years in age BOTH of them know which one has cold feet in bed.  I've hardly ever heard this not to be true.

Both of them will immediately answer, and accurately:  "Oh yes, XXXX has cold feet in bed."  They both know it and don't disagree.

So, cold feet, or cold hands, are usually a symptom of low blood circulation in the hands and feet.  It's natural that the "ends" of the body, the toes and fingers, would get the least amount of blood.   And, it's blood that carries the warmth.

So, cold feet or cold hands, in bed or not, are a symptom of poor blood circulation.

Also, many older people well-recognize the symptom of numbness.  This is when you are sitting, possibly reading or watching TV, and within 10 or 30 minutes you realize that your foot, or your hand, has "gone to sleep."  It has become numb from lack of blood circulation.  You may have felt a "tingling" sensation.  You notice it and then rub your foot or hand to get the blood moving.

Both cold feet and hands, or numbness are dangerous signs of lower than healthy blood circulation. If this gets bad enough it can mean heart attack and death. Since a fairly large number of people have this symptom it is amazing that more medical attention has not been spent on relieving this symptom.

The oral chelation formula will usually eliminate this symptom within 30 days!  I/V chelation therapy would probably do the same in four or five treatments.

But most people who have the cold-feet symptom have warm feet within 30 days when they take the full dosage of 20 tablets per day of Life Glow Plus (or 30 capsules per day of Super Life Glow).

This will be so dramatic that, for that couple in bed, BOTH of them will agree that the change has been dramatic.  This is usually NOT a small change -- but such a large difference that it is very easy to observe it.

There have been people who would wear heavy socks to bed because their feet were so cold -- who, after taking Life Glow Plus for a month, have written to us to tell us that they have warm feet in bed and don't have to wear socks in bed any more.

So, the first result, if you have this symptom, usually arrives within 30 days.

The next symptom has to do with sharp pains in the large muscles of the legs. Here is how this very objective symptom comes about. You arrive home from the store and carry a bag of groceries from the car into the house.  By the time you've walked that short distance, carrying a not-very-heavy bag, your legs hurt a lot.  They have sharp pains in the calves or thighs.  You have such pain that you put down the bag and rub your legs to make the pain go away.

The rubbing works!

But, this is simply a symptom of low blood circulation in those large muscles.

The muscles need oxygen to operate and the oxygen is brought to them by the blood.  If you try to use a muscle when it isn't getting enough oxygen, there is a simple mechanical reaction.  There is something called "lactic acid" created inside the muscle, from lack of enough oxygen.  The lactic acid is in sharp crystal form and these crystals are like small pieces of glass inside your muscle.  They hurt.

They are nature's way of telling you to stop abusing the muscle -- after all, you're trying to use it when it doesn't have enough oxygen.

This symptom comes also when a person takes a walk around the block, or does any simple physical activity.

It's very frustrating because it stops you from moving.  It can be relieved, usually, just by rubbing, but it scares you nonetheless.

Fortunately, this is another of those symptoms which is easily handled by oral chelation.  Obviously, I/V chelation would also handle this same symptom.

Most people who have this symptom, either men or women, usually see it disappear within 90 days after starting the oral chelation formula.  Probably I/V chelation would handle this in less than 20 treatments.

Yes, three months on Life Glow Plus usually eliminates this "painful leg" symptom.

Now, you might have other problems and the pain doesn't go away, but for most people the pain-in-the-leg symptom simply means low blood circulation and it disappears within 90 days of using Life Glow Plus at the rate of about 20 capsules per day.

If you quit taking Life Glow Plus, would either the cold feet or the painful legs come back?  It's hard to say.  These problems would certainly not return immediately, but they probably would return eventually.  Life Glow Plus is really not a cure or a permanent solution to low blood circulation.  It works!  That's a blessed miracle!  But, it isn't going to eliminate the problems in your diet, or your environment, which are probably causing the blood circulation to get lower.

So, for most people who have had these benefits (increased blood circulation -- leading to elimination of these symptoms) they will find that they can reduce the dosage, or quit taking Life Glow Plus, but after several more months they will probably want to get back on the formula at full dosage.

Now, there is a third symptom which also gets handled with oral chelation, but it is harder to measure and it takes longer to handle. Angina Pain is a very scary thing.  I haven't personally ever had it so I can only speak from what others have told me.  It feels like someone hit you on the chest with a sledge hammer.  It really hurts.  It comes, unexpectedly, and you just feel like someone, without notice or warning, just came up and hit your body with a hammer.

It hurts!

The typical medical answer is nitroglycerine.   That works, too!

The angina pain is usually caused by a sudden reduction in blood flow, caused the arteries becoming smaller suddenly.  There might well be a blockage too, but the arteries are made to expand and contract -- so when you already have some blockage in your arteries and you have some sudden tension, for instance, the tension can cause the arteries to suddenly contract -- get smaller.

You get a sudden reduction in the flow of blood TO the heart.

You get a tremendous pain in the heart -- called an angina pain.

The nitroglycerine causes the muscles to relax -- all of them in the body.  As the muscles inside the arteries relax, the artery gets larger -- it expands.  You get an immediate increase in blood flow and the angina pain stops.

You still "feel" the previous pain, but the nitro, under the tongue, handles this symptom.

The oral chelation formula will usually also handle this problem, but it often takes a year or more before this is handled.  I wouldn't suggest that I/V chelation would handle this a whole lot faster.

Also, angina pains are usually quite irregular and you can't predict them.

So, you might have an angina pain 5 times per year, or 4 times per month -- or whatever.  When the problem starts to go away, you have angina pains, perhaps, only twice in a year, or only once in a month.  There is a tremendous improvement, but since the angina pains were irregular anyway, and not predictable, you might not notice when the pains occur less often.

So, it is harder to measure THIS result, but it does happen.  If you have angina pains you can usually get a reduction in the number and frequency of those pains by taking the oral chelation formula for a year or so.

If you stop taking the oral chelation formula the pains may not return immediately, but they probably will return eventually.  You might go a year or more without having them, but the oral chelation is not a cure for this problem.  It is a welcome means of improving things and getting rid of a very unpleasant symptom.

How long should a person take Life Glow Plus?  or Super Life Glow? The answer to that is partly based on money and partly on other factors.  It is really logical to consider the cost of this formula.  It is not cheap.  There are so-called "oral chelation" formulas which are cheap and don't work.  I've described those elsewhere on this site.  But, if you want the necessary quantity of the needed ingredients, whether it is Life Glow Plus or not, you will not find them to be cheap compared with some simple Vitamin C tablet.

We all have to make choices in how we spend our money and you will have to decide, based on your own budget, how much you want to spend for vitamins as well as anything else.  If the money-factor is not an overriding one for you, then the answer is simple.  Take Life Glow Plus (or Super Life Glow) for the rest of your life.   A very large number of Vibrant Life customers have been using Life Glow Plus for more than five years -- every day full dosage!

If you have achieved the types of results described above, then you can simply balance the cost of getting those results with the value to you of being free of those symptoms.

Many people have been scheduled for by-pass surgery, taken Life Glow Plus, and then avoided by pass surgery.  These are people who may have saved many tens of thousands of dollars and many weeks of painful bed rest after surgery.

Another decision people sometimes make is to reduce the quantity from 20 per day to 10 or less.

You can, as some do, take 20 capsules per day for 120 days, and then cut back.  That would probably be worth doing if money were a big factor in your purchase of vitamins.

When you take one capsule of Life Glow Plus per day, you are no longer getting any of the "oral chelation" benefits, but you are getting a very nicely balanced multiple vitamin.  For instance, with only ONE capsule per day, you are still getting 150 milligrams of Vitamin C per day.  That is a great deal more (with only one capsule) than many people in the US take now!  It is more than you would get with One-A-Day!  So, even taking 5% of the recommended dosage gives you a higher potency vitamin than the great majority of people in the country take currently.  If you did this, ONE bottle of Life Glow Plus would last almost a full year!  What a bargain!

So, you can take fewer than 20 capsules per day, and continue to benefit.

It takes about a minimum of 10 capsules per day to start getting the "oral chelation" results.   That is because it takes at least 150 milligrams of the amino acid Cysteine plus the EDTA and the N Acetyl Cysteine before there is enough Cysteine to have some of the Cysteine start to be used in the body to help improve blood circulation.  With smaller amounts of Cysteine, this amino acid would be used to help build muscles and body structure, like any other amino acid.  There is a longer explanation of this HERE.

When to take Life Glow Plus? There may be some good theoretical reason for taking a vitamin tablet at some special time. But, do you know what is even more important?

The vitamin schedule should not interfere with the rest of your life and it should not be so complicated that you worry about it.

In my experience people have taken Life Glow Plus in every conceivable schedule -- and still had good results.

You can take 20 in the morning.

You can take 20 at night.

You can take them before a meal, with a meal, after a meal.

You can take them two hours before eating.

You can be "careful" to not eat for two hours AFTER taking them.

All of these seem to work.

Take them on a schedule that works best for you.

If some doctor tells you to take them WITH your food, then do that!

If some doctor tells you to take them two hours before eating, don't argue with him.

Take them!

Medicines? Does Life Glow Plus interfere with drugs and medications? No. Generally the reverse is true. Usually drugs are not helping the general health of your body.  They may be suppressing some activity or symptom, but they do not contribute to overall health.

So, when you are taking drugs of any kind you should expect results that are not as good from your vitamins.

But, the vitamins will not cause the drugs to become ineffective.

Drugs are, after all, designed to "work" all the time.  "Work," here, means that when you take a hammer against a window -- the window will break.  It is not a "maybe!"  The window will break.

The drug companies could not stay in business if the results were uncertain.  The result may not be a "good" result, but it is certain.

Intravenous Chelation Therapy

Intravenous chelation therapy, of course, was invented before oral chelation therapy.  I/V chelation is something that can only be done by an licensed doctor.  He may have a nurse put the needle in your arm, but the doctor has to order it and supervise.  The treatment will cost about $100 and take about 3 or 4 hours each.  They are not painful at all.  Most people who get them sit around talking, or watching TV.  You might get one or two treatments, or as many as five per week -- depending the doctor's opinion of your overall health and also on your own schedule.  The intravenous chelation process depends on the use of the artificial amino acid, EDTA, which is extremely safe and very effective.

Oral chelation is based on the amino acid Cysteine plus oral EDTA.  Cysteine can be absorbed into the body when taken through the mouth -- EDTA cannot.  Even so, EDTA works wonders while it is still in your stomach and intestine -- drawing toxic metals out of your body.  EDTA is a very useful addition to a Cysteine oral chelation, or an oral chelation based on N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine.

Results are very quick with I/V, and the cost is far, far less than bypass surgery and sudden death. It is rare for insurance to pay for I/V chelation -- and of course insurance won't pay for oral chelation either.
