Karl Note: I wrote this page, originally sometime, probably in 2005 and went on from then to publish more than a total of 100,000 pages on 60 web sites. I get more than 300,000 "page visits" to my various web pages every month. It appears that I had the same person who is now complaining originally applaud my web site and ask me to sell her stuff.
I, not knowing that "her stuff" was not a chelation formula, criticized it as a fraudulent chelation product -- since she now informs me that her product IS NOT a chelation formula, I have added these corrective notes. Here is what that same person sent me on August 8, 2009. The wrong spellings in her original message have been left in my copy of her message below: (Don't miss my additional comment below.
It is unbelievable that she would write again with more legal threat, this time demanding I follow her demands by 4 PM, or else ...

Karl, I cam accross your reference to my Product Mineral Guard #58; If you would please take a look at the entire information that I had contacted you with, you would have noticed that the product is designed for Chelation specialists that need to replace minerals after the IV chelation process. No where do I or my lititure claim that oral chelation will replace IV treatments. I have been a memeber of ACAM and AANP, NNFA, and am a Corporate Founder of The South West College for Naturopathic Medicine, I would not, and do not make claims of such nature. I am writing you to give you the benefit of the doubt, that maybe you had a misimpression of our product, but if this is not removed with in ten business days, I will send this over to our corporate lawyer. This lady had sent an earlier threat, but failed to give me a page address so I could look for and remove any incorrect data. Her second message, received today? I'm promptly making this correction.
I am crossing out my original text on this page.
I do not claim that this product is an oral chelation product or an intravenous chelation product. Therefore it cannot be a fraudulent form of either of those products.
My guess is that if only now, some several years later, she is writing to complain? She must have too much time on her hands and be looking for something to do. When I took a quick look with Google, sure enough I found her in trouble with the FDA:

In addition, we reviewed your website at the Internet address www.priorityonevitamins.com. Our review of the information collected during the inspection and your website found numerous violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act). You can find the Act and FDA's regulations through links on FDA's Internet website at www.fda.gov.
Dietary Supplements with Disease Claims
Under section 201(g)(1)(B) of the Act [21 USC 321(g)(1)(B)], articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease are drugs. Based on claims that appear in the labeling for your products, including on your website and in the product reference guide that accompanies some product shipments, we have determined that a number of your products are promoted for conditions that cause the products to be drugs under section 201(g)(1)(B). The therapeutic claims on your website and in your promotional materials establish that the products are drugs because they are intended for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
More bad news for her:
I'm writing this to help all those who may have been ripped off by First Priority Manufacturing. This company is as worst as they come. I run a small nutraceutical business and in my search for a decent contract manufacture I came accross these guys. They run a few sites:

At first they seemed like a decent firm. But beware of their antics. This firm is probably the most unprofessional and unreliable one I've ever dealt with. They invoiced my for my order way in advance and then sat on it for literally a month.
Daniel who runs the show with her husband there has the worst phone ettiquete. She ignores customers calls and tells her secretary Cindy to tell them she'll call back. After trying over 10 times she finally comes on the phone to tell me the product will be ready soon. Another week goes by and nothing happens. These people don't have the courtesy to tell their clients when they can get their order fullfilled.
I urge you to look for other sources to get your products manufacturer as these guys are very unreliable and unpredictable. They charge your account way in advance and keep you hanging. No way to do business and they will probably shut down soon.
This is a
complete fraud. This formula contains zero chelating
substances. Like many other companies, this one
sees that "oral chelation" is becoming popular on the
web. They can easily find out what it should
contain. They don't! Instead they just use the
label to deceive people. I you have purchased this

Karl Additional Note on August 9, 2009: It appears that I put this page up because this same lady who is now complaining wrote to compliment me on my web site and to ask me to sell her product.
In fact, it may well be true that "IV Chelation Therapy" depletes the minerals in the body because of the IV treatment, but the truth this lady won't likely see is that my "oral" chelation does NOT remove those minerals. In fact, if she and the other stone-age IV doctors would read the actual truth about "chelation" from famous IV doctor author of Bypassing Bypass, Dr. Elmer Cranton, my hero. They would learn the uselessness of her product.
My opinion is that Mineral Guard may be an OK source of the minerals on the label, but it has nothing to do with whether or not IV chelation therapy will work. I am also a fan of IV chelation, but so too, for instance, was Dr. Gary Gordon, one of the Founders of ACAM, who quit ACAM in disgust when that organization would not allow him to speak at ACAM about the facts that oral chelation was actually better than IV....
Old and false ideas die slowly in this moribund society of "people who make a living off the heart patients by pedlling inferior products."
